Can it handle bespoke joinery enquiries?+

Yes. Outhour asks about the work, materials, dimensions and timeline — and can accept photos via WhatsApp if the customer wants to send images of the space.

What about kitchen fits — does it know to ask brand and unit counts?+

Yes. Outhour can be configured to ask for kitchen brand, number of units, worktop material, and whether the customer is supplying everything or just the units.

Will it book small repair jobs as well as big fits?+

Yes. You set minimum job sizes if you want. Otherwise Outhour books door hangs, shelf fits and small repairs alongside the bigger work — useful for filling gaps in the day.

Can customers send photos of the work?+

Yes. WhatsApp is the main channel and Outhour can receive photos of doors, frames or spaces and attach them to the job in your dashboard.

I quote a lot of bespoke pieces — can it give rough prices?+
